Still having weird sound when turning the engine after changing clutch set & engine mounts

Hello,

My car has a weird sound when l turn off the engine. I have changed whole clutch set and engine mounts and this problem keeps occurring. I now am sure that it is not from clutch set. I wonder why l still am having this problem even l changed clutch set and engine mounts.

2008 A4 B8 2.0TDI 143Hp 185k kilometers.

I would disconnect the alternator belt & then try, I don't know if alternator has a clutch or not , but its worth a try

failing that , could it be the starter and the ring ? might be the starter is slightly stuck out from when it starts the car
