Anyone used Traffic Jam Assist?

Considering the Dynamic Pack over the Air Suspension, one of the features I am looking at is the Traffic Assist; nothing to do with 3 hours to do 45 miles on the M25 at the weekend...

Used it a couple of times before my car went back to the dealer.
It was quite cool, but for some reason it always wanted to hug the right hand lane markings which meant if you were in left lane or in a motorway jam with the narrower lanes it felt uncomfortably close to the other cars. Not sure if that's a feature carried over as most countries drive on the right or it was another issue with my car.

Yep, I've got it and it works well for me. Lots of jams on the M25 to test with. Just hit the button on the ACC stalk when it says "traffic jam assist available" and it takes over.

If the car however comes to a complete stop in the jam you have to lightly tap the accelerator to start the car moving again but after that it keeps going.

Agree, a good option and use it a lot which in itself is unfortunate as seem to get stuck in a lot of jams!

As well as tapping the accelerator to start from a standstill you can also pull back on the cruise control stalk which I find is bit smoother than using the accelerator.

Well well I never knew that...and as the wife is currently driving and I'm in the passenger seat just got her to try...defo smoother just pull the stalk towards you and it works [emoji1360]

Spotted this guy earlier...not sure if he's the Traffic Jam Assist or Park Assist!

Does the cruise control trick only work with traffic assist, strange that wouldn't be a feature with the normal cruise control?

I'm not sure but even when not using Traffic Jam Assist but have been using Cruise Control I can pull back on the stick to pull away from the lights.
