Problems Updating RNS-E Sat Nav

I'm trying to update my 2004 RNS-E Plus in my Allroad, but have failed at the first hurdle. I bought a 2015 update DVD from satnavdvd.co.uk, but also received a disc simply entitled 'Software CD'.

I've tried inserting both and each time I receive a messsge saying 'Disc not inserted properly', however the original DVD works first time every time so I'm confident it's not a laser issue.

Do I need to accept that it's a hookie copy with no chance of working, or am I missing something obvious?

It's a badly burnt copy of an RNS-E disk, get your money back via paypal.

Thanks for replying. I've come to the same conclusion, but annoyingly they're not very open to the idea of refunding.

Don't suppose you know of where I can get hold of a reliable version do you?
