Can i retro fit a steering wheel from a MK3 Touran (2013) on my 2013 Touran?

i really like the steering wheel on the mk3 Touran, especially the flat bottom bit !

Is there any way I can get that steering wheel fitting on my 2013 plate Touran?

Not sure where to start to be honest, so any advice would be appreciated.
