I have a 2010 passat 140 bluemotion and it has been on and off poor idling since may. I have monitored the ecu and the fsp is bouncing at idle with the other reading but when taken to fast idea this is the only data that is still changing. There are no error codes listed. Anyone had a similar issue. The dmf has been replaced and so has the cam belt.

Crank sensor, maf or coolant sensor?

Check all the wires to each make sure none are cracked etc, also have you cleaned the egr?

Yes, look at the crank speed and watch it in graph mode for excessive variation.

Erg did through an error 3 months ago and was cleaned and cleared and not returned.
Maf seams to settle down at fast idle or under load. Wiring seams OK.

Does your fan kick in alot?

Kinda also thinking dpf, but of course you need to narrow it down before you get into to much money.

I am not sure the fan has really ever kicked in as it doesn't sit in traffic ever.
Dpf?

From the data output I can see the fsp bouncing a lot so I think it might be the sensor or the fuel pump and relief.
