2012 2.0 Tdi Belt Change Intervals

Hi

Looking a buying a 2012 Avant 2.0tdi 163bhp. It has done 70k and was just wondering when it should have the belts changed? Dealer is saying 114k?? That's seems to long to me I thought it was more like 75k? Can anyone tell me what is recommended and then I can try and negotiate the price.

Had mine done last week on a 2010 A4 Saloon. I was told by Audi that it was 5yrs or 140k miles, whichever is sooner.
Fixed price £455 or £595 with water pump as well.
