Audi 94 coupe Blowing fuses

Hi need some help ive just bought a audi 94 2.0 16v coupe and the fuses to the rear wiper and rear demister keep blowing , i replaced them with the correct amp fuse but still blows them , they are 2 seperate fuses and havnt got a clue were to start looking??

Hello Naz

I would start with the piece of wiring that goes from the car body into the hatch, it is possible some of these wires have broken/shorted together? Other than that, is it possible somebody has screwed down an accessory e.g. an amplifier and nicked a wire with a screw?

:D Hi its fixed after a 3 hour of blowing fuses and checking everything.

Experiencing the same fuse problem - any ideas what the final remedy may have been? Mine keeps blowing in conjuction with my electric mirrors.

Was it the wires in the bellow worn, or the boot changer/amp earth having been relocated.

Any advice much appreciated.
