Right Brake Light problem

I am getting a message to 'Check Right side Brake light'. I checked the bulb but it is working OK. The Left Brake light is working fine. Any advice? I assume that if a fuse was gone that both brake lights would have gone out?

The system is very sensitive to any resistance in the circuit.
I would change the bulb and clean up the connections.
