hey y'all

after a tough time grinding away, and breaking nuts on my caliper i finally mangaed to fit in sum mintex pads on the front.

also at the time (since i was awaiting parts, i decdied to clean the MAF)

well anyway, ma car feels a lot slower. hesitant to rev almost. i dont knw, can thick pads need a lil "wearing in" or is that a load of nonsence?

or is it gona be ma MAF (that was dodgy in the 1st place) and with my (ahem) excellent cleaning buried it for good?

all help is always appreciated.

Cleaning the MAF kills them instantly; I tried it twice and then never again. When you buy a new one, please only buy it from an Audi dealer.

IMO get a direct replacement and get it from a dealer, i got quoted £56+vat. which isn't bad.

The prices for the same part number are the same at VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda. I don't know what your car is Muddy so I can't give you a price.
