A4 3.0tdi Quattro gearbox problems

I'm new on here. My car has done 100,000 miles and I have had the gearbox oil changes but it's still quite knotchy when warm. The weathers getting colder now and the gear shift is fine when it's cold.
Any suggestions.

Sorry it's a manual box. Just seems fine when cold then gets worse as it warms up. I've been looking at xado additive has anybody tried it or should I steer clear of additives.

I have used Molyslip with some improvement but it might well be wear

well if it changes better when its cold the oil is thickest then, so maybe try some heavier weight oil?

Yes thicker oil seems like a good idea. Any recommendations on a thicker grade than standard.
