Hi everyone,
I have recently purchased a 2.0 TDI Passat Estate DSG, 2010 (I haven't got my head round how VW marks work, is this B6?) It has 75,000 miles on the clock and I am considering a remap, possibly Superchips.
This is partly for economy but also this is my first automatic and I am missing the instant response you get with a manual engine, I am hoping I can make it more responsive.
I have tried putting the gears in 'S' Mode but that seems to just screw the engine.
Any advise would be great, I was initially been a bit heavy footed so I have calmed that down which seems to make it a little better. Also is it a good idea or is it potentially bad for the gear box remapping?
