Alright lads.

Getting 16556 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Rich VAG code. Thinking the MAF could be at fault here, might aswell give it a clean and see. Is the MAF built in to the MAP on this model? Or are they seperate? And where the bloody hell can I find them? I can't see it anywhere on the air intake like other MAF's I've changed so thinking they might be combined.

Cheers

The Engine code is CGP 016207MM092825. It's a 1.2 2009 Polo Mk5 - VIN WVWZZZ6RZAU005666

The MAP is a combined unit with the Inlet Air Temperature sensor on the side of the inlet manifold. Normally these are OK with the fault code you have and it is either the throttle body or EGR valve causing the problem but the early CGPA and CGPB engines had a problem with the sensor and it was revised for cars built from the 25/10/2010 and your car was built somewhere around late 2009, but you can't update to the later one. See if yours is part number 06B 906 051, if it is it may solve the problem fitting a new one. They cost £64.52 from VW but you should easily be able to get a Bosch 0 261 230 031. One from Febi would be around £40.
