Can an armrest be fitted & sat nav to Golf 57plate

Hiya, I was wondering if I could fit an armrest to my new golf 57plate?? If so any how to or part numbers would be much appreciated. Also I would like to change the CD head unit for a sat nav if it's possible? And last but not least what's the best option to get a USB or 3.5mm jack?? Does the sat nav head unit have one?

Hi does anyone know if its possible to add an armrest on a mark 5 gofl and if so is there much to it? Please help.
