Air Con smells

Anyone experienced bad odours from their Air Con? I've had it since I first had the car a few months ago, tempted to go into the dealer to ask, however got a call saying it's due an aircon service! I rarely use it to be honest, but when I do, it smells like <REMOVED> for the first few minutes... always happens when first turning it on.

Anyone else experienced this? Wondering if I can get it sorted under Warranty!

you need a can of aircon cleaner. any factors will sell it. you set the aircon to recirculate and set the can off in a rear footwell, leaving the car running for 20 mins or so while it does the job of killing all the nasties in the system.

Do as Zolly says, your A/C will smell like a tarts handbag rather than her underwear.....

Cheers for that, I'll give that a try. I've seen some AutoGlym stuff on eBay for a tenner so will buy some of that :)
