Regulator/clips advice

Morning all... quick question for those of you that have had this common problem. My drivers side window makes a crunching sound, has done since i bought the car. Lastnight the window started to act funny, it kept going to the top then tripping the anti jam and coming back down a few inches. Am i right in thinking its time for a new regulator?
Looking at one from ecp, does anyone know if they come with the new clips or do i need to buy these separately?

What year is the car? Don't buy non genuine parts as they're rubbish, especially window regulators.
