Hi Everyone.

I have just joined and in process of buying 2007 (57 plate) A6 Le mans Avant 3.0 Tdi Auto Tip this week. Does anyone have any idea what size of Disklok steering wheel security I would require for this motor. Obviously I need to take into consideration flappy padels / stalks etc. Anyone else had experience of fitting these to these motors with or without issue. Any help would be much appreciated

Rgds

Seems a bit OTT, but go to a shop that sells them, and try a test fit.

Thanks for replies. Unfortunately the little scrotes here would nick the shirt of your back so a disklok usually stops them in thier tracks. The number of audis nicked around aberdeen is mental in last year. Granted most of them throo key theft from property and newer models where they hack through the obd but I aint taking no chances. Unfortunately no one in local area supplies these type security devices.
Thanks

Don't want to be annoying, but if tape measures are at the ready - go and measure your steering wheel?

I don't think the OP has actually got his hands on the car yet. [emoji23]

Sorry for the above post if you don't have the car yet. However there are multiple steering wheels on these cars - flat bottomed, MF Etc etc. I don't know if they have different diameters but the only way to be certain is to measure the car you have (will get)

From the sound of it though, you need an electric fence and a few anti personal mines, not a steering lock!
