Tow Bar for Mk4 Golf Estate

Hi people,

does anyone have and details or pictures of how I fit a towbar to my Golf Estate. I have aquired a towbar from another MK4 Estate but all local fitters have refused to fit the Towbar........... The Electrics are not a problem. Please HELP ?

should be fairly straight forward.

Strip boot, remove rear lights possibly, remove bumper, remove cross member, take off protective tape, fit bar, if you've bought a good bar you'll not need to cut your bumper, if you do need to cut your bumper then don't leave an embarrasing mess like those shown in the towbar thread (via my sig)

It can't be too dis-similar to my MK5, different car, similar principles.
