Hi looking to start improving bhp/torque in my Audi looking for a stright swap turbo to get things going

why, the stock turbo is good for 200 bhp and putting a bigger turbo on won't make it faster unless you get it mapped. a map will see 165 bhp, after which you need injectors, not a turbo. look at 'darkside developments' for ideas.

Just wanting to get bits for it looking for 200horses just the turbo on doesn't seem to be the highest boost pressure runs outa puff quite quick would like more torque after 2500rpm this is my first diesel car so I'm not sure if that is normal

yeah, diesels do run out of puff low down, but thats diesels for you. make sure its well serviced, timing belt is spot on etc, injector rockers set right then get it mapped . check out some of the forum sponsors for a good mapper who will also rolling road it as well.
you need to keep the revs lower and use the torque.
