Alloys question

Hi all

I'm looking at getting a separate set of alloys to put winter tyres on but i don't know the sizes to look for , the summer tyres are 215/40/17 can i put 16 inch tyres on and what are the diameter sizes for the holes. the car is a Audi A1 2015 model 5 door 185 bhp

Have a look inside your drivers door for the sticker with tyre pressures on. It has a list of tyres suitable for your car. Any marked M+S are winter tyres.

Make sure the wheels are 5x100 stud pattern also as they are based on a Polo, not like the rest of the Audi range bar the Q7 at 5x130.
