Another mmi basic upgrade

Hi I read with interest Steve K s thorough walk through but sadly my red screen has a 10 plug connector which I have no idea where to plug into. I have the optic and the cable linking the mmi module to the screen which I understand but this other cable has thrown me. Please help as car in bits ready.

Well today I put the car back together and have been beaten. Mmi basic to mmi High with media nav bluetooth was a step to far. Almost plug and play except for the change from red to colour screen as the cables are way different. And colours were too. So I will be posting up for sale the parts lol.
