Audi A6 2010 (4F) S-line drive modes & Retrofits?

Hey fellow audi drivers I have a question which is probably either been asked before or makes me look stupid but go easy on me. It's my first audi and I just bought it.

So as u can see from the title I have a 2010 A6, I was wondering if I have driving modes like the 2011 audi A6's, also how hard would it be to retrofit new gadgets like the MMI system I have the 3g basic dvd nav would prefer the latest one I can get. And maybe retrofitting stop and start. Stuff like that basically.

Thats just for the bits you will need to be able or willing to pay someone to fit it.
