Hi

What's the best value for money re-maps out there to improve performance to my 2009 2.0tdi e? Engine code: CAG, also are there any other engine mods that are recommended?

thanks

Chet.

Hi, have a 2010 tdie for just over a month now, have thought of it myself, had one from Celtic tuning which the figures were 134bhp standard, 206bhp when tuned and from 236lbft to 298.
Stunning figures, the cost would be £295, done at your house.

Not sure how someone can do a remap at your house given the car needs data logs taken to check various systems are working correctly and the car is in good shape mechanically.

Hi Chris, I did have a remap some years ago on my galaxy which had the vw 1.9tdi engine in and it made a considerable difference, I did get quotes from Celtic and some others but in the end used someone local.
It seems a popular method by lots of running companies that the come to your home, do the remap, most give 14 days if your not happy will come and remove it.
In terms of checking the car out for faults is that just a case of running something like vagcom which I used on the galaxy?
