Hi
I don`t own a VW at present but agreed to help my "skint" sister out with her 2002 Golf TDi ( new frt pads and flexi hoses ) the original flex hoses had nearly rubbed through! all went well until whilst bleeding the brakes i think i let the fluid level fall to low in the master cylinder and sucked in air - what a muppett i am.
I have bled all 4 corners until clean fluid comes out ( with no air bubbles ) but the pedal is still very spongy and stopping distances can be measured in miles.
please please does anyone know how to bleed this system or do i just have to open my wallet at the VW dealer....
On a positive note i can recommend GSF for spares they are top guys very helpful
Cheers
