I think you get sports suspention alloys and cd changer, there's probably more like leather trim etc.

I think you also get sports seats. different alloys (larger at 16" and diffent design), front fogs, stiffer and lower suspension, with the TDI you get a 6 speed gearbox not 5..

You do also get the darkened rear windows (which does make it look very good, especially with the paler colours (I have the arctic blue). The suspension is slightly lower making it look good and give a firmer ride. The seats are sportier and are very comfortable and, I feel, made of a nicer material than the SE. The CD is the same (had to upgrade to the 6 player and Monsoon pack plus am also adding the iPod interace (maybe a better upgrade for the money than the 6 player)).
