hi
just been fitting my new alloys on my passat and i've tightened up the front as much as i could with it still on the jack.
problem is i did this all in "park" and i heard a ping whilst tightening the bolts up but thought the wheel was alligned properly and had seated itself.
anyway got her back on the deck and tried to select reverse and it felt like the brakes were on, tried drive and its the same. put it in neutral and it won't move at all.
i've rang vw and they say i have to get it to them and they can fix it for around 300 quid.
probelm is the car is in a garage at a 45 degree angle and it won't even roll, how can i get the car rolling again??
I this a job i can do myself??
