Retro fit OEM Reverse sensor! What is needed

I'm looking to fit the rear bumper off an A6 which came with rear sensors as standard basically so I can have the OEM sensors not aftermarket. My question is what is needed, I've seen one on ebay which has all 4 sensors and an ECU, is that all you need or do I need other parts?. Does the standard loom have all the connection ready so you just plug it in? Is there a buzzer already built in ?
My A6 is a 2006 SE Avant
