Alloy wheels

I was thinking about upgrading my 15" wheels to 16" and came across these, but knowing very little about alloys, can someone put me right.
I have a 2002 TDI PD 130 Passat Estate, according to the site these wheels will fit.....what questions should I ask the vendor?? Does anyone know of a better supplier?

I have just purchased the same wheels in 18". They looks amazing.

Ask if the price include new tyres, balancing, badges, nuts and locking nuts.

I paid £450 for brand new 18s off ebay (I picked them up - no delivery costs) with all of the above from a shop called "Scotts Tyres on Forest Rd, Walthamstow, London. They were £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

BTW the tyres they supply are 225/40 Marshalls
