Oul temperature

Hi All.
My Dad has bought a 2012 1.6 diesel bluemotion tech.
On a journey yesterday, we noticed that the oil temperature was up at 99 degrees c
I am wondering if this is normal for this car ?

Mine has been over 100°C in the summer

The oil should normally be at or near 100'C so any accumulated water evaporates off.
