Guys,
I ask this question as I'm about to do a projector upgrade and I want to take my time and keep the glass off for a while as I get the shrouds and the beam just right, so I plan on buying a set of lights and flogging my B8.0 lights when I'm all done.
Can I buy B8.5 (same halogen) light units and slide them in with a little or no modification?i ask as I have a VAG breaker that has a set of 8.5's much cheaper than 8.0's
Cheers.

As above, you will need to do the facelift front-end upgrade.

Ah, that sounds expensive and time consuming, will stick with buying used B8.0 lights, thanks

I think Uk lights are a bit different as rest eu, our left headlight shows the same picture(light drawing on the road) as uk right side, so i belive they are not good for you.
Sounds good
