Clicking coming from heater

I am wondering if anyone had this issue before, when I put drivers side heating on I have no problem works fine.If I put passenger blower on ccold no problem.As soon as I put passenger side to 20 degrees plus I here a really loud clicking noise coming from the back of the dash.This will continue even when I turn it back to cool and even runs over for a couple of seconds after I take key out .It sounds like something trying to click into place just wondering if anyone had this before,just before i take it to garage as you lot have got all other issue I have had spot on in the past :-)

Most likely a flap sticking, motor is trying to operate it. Can you scan the car to see if there is a fault code present?
