It may be just me but does anyone else find that when they stall their car you just cannot press the key in again to key the car started.
i find that I have to give it a little time before going through the whole start up procedure again, which all in all can take about 30 seconds by which time the cars behind are beginning to get a bit frustrated.
thanks

I'm pretty sure it will only restart itself automatically if you have auto start-stop.
On a previous B8 I didn't have start-stop and it did take quite a while. Don't think it was as long as 30 seconds, though it might have felt like it at the time! Maybe 5-10 seconds on mine.
The worst occasion was coming off a 90 degree turn on a mini roundabout, where I suddenly found myself rolling downhill with a stalled engine and no powered steering!

I agree its a pain in the butt! Car has to have a bit think about it before it cranks!
