Knocking noise when accelerating or under load

Hi!
Sorry for the large post :)

I have Audi A3 2002 1.8T(AUM) with 5-speed manual transmission (EVS).
Some knocking noise appeared from the hood space. This noise appears when accelerating or driving uphill.

No one could locate noise. So i had no choice and started to change spare parts in order of increasing probability of causes.

I changed by now:
-both internal CV-joints (new)
-engine support cushion(new)
-transmission support cushion(new)
-clutch kit with dual-mass flywheel(new)
-transmission (used, with type as on my car - EVS)

But noise is still here!

Moreover this noise-like sound is heard when car is stopped. I just pushing accelerator pedal sharp (transmission is in neutral gear).

I think that both noises have one reason.
