fitting 18" tt alloys to a 2007 a4 cab

Hi, just seeking some advise on fitting some 18" TT alloys of a 07, onto my new a4 cab, how straight foward is it?? The car currently has 16" alloys on it. Any advise or tips? Was thinking of getting into a garage for tracking etc. Also will in invalidate any manufactures gaurantee etc??

Hi

TT wheels will not fit.. they are a different offset.
