Useful features on the A3

I went for Auto lights and wipers on my A3 - I had it on my Golf and I quite liked it, call me lazy though :)

However, I've noticed that they seem pretty intelligent:

It gets dark: The lights come on and the MMI screen dims
It rains: The wipers come on

However, I noticed this:
It rains in the daytime: The wipers come on and stay on - the headlights come on and the MMI screen DOESN'T dim
It rains in the nighttime: The wipers come on and stay on - the headlights come on and the MMI screen DOES dim

However, if I put the screenwash on, the lights won't come on even if I hold the wash down (which also stops after 30 seconds).

I'll add to this - after 2 years of ownership, I've noticed that the equaliser settings differ between Radio and iPod - Quite handy really.. :)
