Hi all I've skulked around this site for a while now mainly in the A4 section but I canne stands no more. The Audi has annoyed me to the point of sanity meltdown so today I p x'd it for a 04 Passat high line. I've never known a car with so many electrical problems as the A4 so I now seek refuge in here that's if it's OK with you lot. I had a 01 Passat before and regretted ever getting rid of it so it's back to what I know please don't let those bullies from the Audi bit come in here and pick on me I'm fragile enough after my A4 experience.

Sounds like a nice purchase, is it diesel or petrol sounds like your old A4 wasn't typical.

Mine was one of the first ones with the multiplex wiring so I guess even they get it wrong sometimes. My tried and tested Passat is 130 tdi is a bit down on power compared to the 3.0lt A4 but you can't have it all

Maybe down on power but a good deal easier on the wallet;)

Hope it turns out good. I like passats as well(oh no i admitted it now!!)
