strange noise when using heaters

I was wondering if anyone had same problem,I have noticed now its getting cold I can use heating on drivers side no problem when passenger on low then use passenger side if drivers is on low but as soon as I put them on together 20 plus degrees I get an unusual clicking noise or a noise sounding like expanding plastic.Also noticing having to top coolantevery four to five weeks ish not sure if this is related.any help appreciated

coolant should never need topping up, its a sign you have a leak somewhere.

The clicking could be a sticking flap or motor.
Get it on VCDS and see if you can reset the motors in basic settings.
