Performance and MPG loss 1.9tdi

Two weeks ago i brought a 1.9tdi golf. The timing belt and water pump both just been changed. It's also been remapped and air filter changed. I am not a car bod so don't shout if this is wrong but it was given a general remap and not the top one as things go wrong there. He said he reckon it was about 145/155bhp and it did seem it.

The MPG was 49.8 Two weeks ago and slowly dropped to 46.0. In the space of an hour it dropped to 33.4. For the last Two days i thought i could notice a power drop but now after tonight i am sure it has massively. There is no kick. I will check in the morning to see if i can hear the turbo spin.

Any ideas?

The first thing I would check is the obvious stuff like hoses for air leaks and then do a fault code scan. With the car only two weeks old, will the seller be able to assist you?
