View Full Version : new headlights don't work please help stuck at body shop

Hi guys my car is in the body shop they installed some new projector headlights black that I gave them along with other work they are doing they called me and said they installed them and they just flash. (the led part). Maybe I have factory HID thats why? If so what can I do? Anything I can wire into it? I cannot find aftermarket head lights that will work with factory hids if that is what I have? what can I do so I can get my car back?

I see it will not fit my vehicle now I made a mistake. But what can i do to run aftermarket lights?

What did you have as factory standard? It says these won't fit if you had HIDs as standard

ya factory ones where on I did not know mine had factory hid I cannot find any that do work with it they all seem to not work I think

You might find replacements on German eBay or a specialist VAG breaker. There's a few VAG breakers in the UK postage wouldn't be cheap to USA but you could see at night :)
