Hi. This is my first post after buying a lovely A3 tdi sportback. The car has a remap which seems to be putting out more torque than the box is happy with. using the paddles it does not slip only in d or s modes. I have read of many places that can change the parameters of the clutch and change all manner of dsg settings.

Also so considering a warranty to cover just in case. If so I'll put standard map back on

any help or advice appreciated

thanks

When was the DSG fluid last changed?

Not sure. Car has done 79k. The previous owner had it from 50k and he did not have it done. The service history is complete and the audi dealer has not ticked it so I assume it has not been done. I was going to get it done ASAP

Should be done every 39k so it should be now getting it's second change from factory.

It was an Audi approved car so I would have thought they would have done it. Do you think a fluid change will help the symptoms I have?

It might, get the car scanned for faults also. Get it done by an Audi specialist.

We have had this before with too much torque loading from the map, but as suggested oil change may also help

I have the standard map file and want it put back, car is 95% spot on in normal driving. How easy is it to do?
