Rear fog lamp oxidation

Has anyone else had both their rear fog lights cloud up, looks like the plastics oxidised. Tried the mequires kit but that didn't make much difference.... Anyone had/resolved this?

No issues on my 09 but if you're going to change the clusters get the facelift ones, they make a good difference to the rear!
