Adding Multi Functioning Steering Wheel to A3 Cab

Morning All,

Currently i have a Audi A3 Cabriolet Sport, it has a normal 3 spoke steering wheel with no multi functionality. I have found somewhere in which i can purchase a Audi TT Flat bottom steering wheel with multi functionality, the guy I'm buying it from says he has a loom that will fit the A3. Im not really very knowledgeable about all this stuff! Will i need to replace anything else such as the slip ring or the ECU if he has a Loom? He says it used to be fitted to an A3.

Im supposed to be picking the wheel up this afternoon so any help quickly would be extremely appreciated!

Sport should have a highline steering ecu and compatible slip ring. Ideally you either need to take the lower steering surround off to see the part number on the steering ecu or get it scanned with VCDS to get the part number.
