New clutch and flywheel fitted . Wow!

Just had a new clutch and flywheel fitted to the car (3.0 TDI Q). I managed to get the parts cheaper from a contact in Germany. A chunky twin plate clutch, all genuine Audi. It was only after driving my wife's brand new car that I realised how bad my clutch had become. When all the old parts came out the clutch was almost on the rivets, the flywheel had play in EVERY direction. I (or should I say, the mechanic) replaced all the parts, bolts etc etc. Many of which were modified compared to the originals. Car hasn't reached 60k yet.

I wonder if they deleted the manual version of this car because of these Dual Mass Flywheels being unable to take the power and torque of the engine?

It now drives like a different car... much better. Not a cheap exercise, even with the discounted parts.
