Thinking About A High Mileage B7 Diesel

Hi - I'm thinking about a High Mileage (120/130k) Passat Diesel Estate.
I've been thinking bout a ex fleet 3 year old car from the auctions.
Ideally I'd like a 2 Litre 140 Tech Sport.

Is there anything I should be aware of at this mileage ?

Timing belt maybe if it hasn't already been done, the common rails are pretty good, just make sure your driving style matches DPF regen style.

What are the Timing Belt in intervals ? As I'm guessing by 130k it should of had maybe 2 done ?
Are DPF problems common ?
