Get in the back door

I have a Phaeton and the back door is locked and I cannot open from outside or inside. any ideas?

Have you hit it or anything?
Can you jiggle the lock bit and see if it frees off?

Scan the car for faults with VCDS or VW.

Sounds like the door lock module, just had mine out of my A4 today, search for intermittent locking issue.
If you have VAGcom you would have had an 'implausible signal' fault to the door module.
