leather seats

Just wondering did any of you replace your cloth trim seats with leather seats ... Was thinking of getting some from a scrapyard if so is it a big job for a novice

It's a dead easy job as long as the electrics match, so don't go getting full electric leather seats to replace fully manual cloth ones - you'll not be able to adjust them! Of course I'm sure it's possible to add the necessary cables etc and make the mods in the software to enable full electrics, but that's not so simple! PM Gupsterg as he's had his interior out - several times!

i am looking to upgrade my cloth seats with leather, my car is the Avant & I haven't seen any Avant leather seats for sale. My seats are fully manual but they are heated. Will the saloon seats fit into the Avant

Don't think the saloon rear seat back folds on the same way as the Avant.
