Silver roof rails and roof spoiler

I have 2011 sportback sport model and have seen pictures with silver roof rails and roof spoiler. Can both these be retrofitted? I have seen a roof spoiler that sits slightly proud of the roof. This is not what I would be after. Any ideas?

Roofrails I think have to be drilled and riveted.

S-Line models come with the boot spoiler as standard but can be retrofitted to other spec trims.
