I hope somebody can help. I' m putting a reconditioned 1.9 TD ABL engine together. After a cambelt disaster on the old engine, I have to fit the old fuel pump to the new engine. It has a two part pump sproket with no paintmarks on the sproket centre and I'm not sure in which position the old engine stoped. I used a dial gauge to set it up to the mm, it could be spot on or out by one whole turn. It would be easy to change anything wilst the engine is sitting in my garage.

PS this time I want to do it myself because I have lost one engine do to a "good" garage they repaired a leak on the pump and two weers later the engine died!
