satnav updates

My 13 plate tdi estate is now a year old so I'm wondering what I need to do to update the maps on the satnav?

Dealer quoted me £185 for an sd card update so guess I'll give it a miss!

Wow £185 I would give it a miss to. I would not bother especially when you can use mobile phones and google maps nower days.
