S3 Hitch Mount

I am in the US and S3 has not been released over here yet and I have a question I have not been able to find an answer to despite contacting Audi USA and my dealer. I was hoping you guys might the know the answer.

I need a hitch on my car for a hitch mounted car rack.

We have the A3 sedan released a few months ago here.

There is a hitch released here for the A3

My question is, will this fit on an S3. Is there anything different about the bolt areas on an S3 relative to A3 that would prevent this from working?

There is an OEM hitch made - Order Code 1D2 which suggests that an OEM one, while more expensive, would be all fitted up properly.

My only concern with non-OEM is that the S3 has many exhausts and the fitment of a towbar might not be possible - The OEM one is NOT an available option for the S3:

This shows 4 "frame access holes" as the inferior aspect of the rear end onto which the device installs. Anyone have an S3 who can comment on whether those holes exist on the S3. I may just end up waiting until the car is released here to check if those holes are there before I place my order.

You can't buy a tow bar for an S3. (At least not in Europe) They have to be "type approved" over here and Audi specifiy that a tow bar can not be mounted due to the combination of exhaust system and 4WD.

I've checked with Audi UK after recently picking up my S3 this week.
