Would like some help please guys

Hi all,

I've recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 1.8TFSI Saloon S Line.

I live near Loughborough and was interested to see if anyone local to me would be able to read the fault codes as there are a couple of niggly issues which are bothering me....

1. Emission light flashing - only happened once. Has been up at high speed since without any issues.
2. Idle is at 600 revs. Goes up to 800 with A/C on but doesn't sound right personally.

If anyone can help then I would be very grateful and I'm sure I can provide beer tokens ;)

Possibly, its all ecu controlled. Every manufacturer/ model can be different.

yes normal at 600
and the flash was prob a misfire
